SHIPPING

We cover most pin codes through our delivery partners. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on your shipping address and order weight. Please contact us if shipping to your pin code is not available at the checkout.

Our order processing time is up to 48h (except weekends) and once the package is sent it usually reaches the destination in 2-7 business days. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and although we aim to deliver your order as fast as possible we cannot be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control.

As of now we are not accepting International Orders but we hope to cater to our global customers very soon.

RETURNS

We carefully inspect your order before we ship it off. But in the rare case that your order is not exactly what you expected, just send it back to us un-opened within 10 days of receipt and we’ll provide a refund or exchange. The cost of getting the package back to us is yours but we will happily cover the cost of sending any replacement to you. In case of a refund please note that the original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund. Additionally only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are not covered under our return policy.
