Our Barrel Aged Creamed Honey is the first of its kind aged honey. It is stored in American White Oak Barrels and we use traditional Nordic aging techniques to impart a deeper flavour with undertones of vanilla & caramel from the casks.

A biscuit coloured honey, It has undertones of caramel and vanilla and a woody aftertaste courtesy the barrel aging. Resembles a jam in its viscosity and texture and works well spread on cookies, rusks, toasts and waffles.
